These terms govern your use of the Perfect6 app and the perfect6.app website. By using Perfect6 you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use the service.

Who we are

Perfect6 is operated by Bitesite Ltd, registered in England and Wales, registered office 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. In these terms, "we", "us" and "Perfect6" mean Bitesite Ltd.

Who can use Perfect6

You must be 18 or over to enter prize draws. Perfect6 is available worldwide, but prize entry is void where prohibited or restricted by local law — it is your responsibility to check that entering is lawful where you live. Anyone can play the daily card for free. Prizes are paid in US dollars.

One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to gain additional entries is a breach of these terms and will result in disqualification.

Your account

You'll be asked for a mobile number so we can verify you're a real person and pay you if you win. Keep your access to that number secure — you're responsible for activity on your account.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Deleting it forfeits any unclaimed prizes.

How the game works

Each day we publish a card of six questions about real-world events. You choose one outcome per question and lock your slip before the stated deadline. Once locked, picks can't be changed.

Questions settle against the source named in the app. We publish the resolution rule for each question before you pick. Our determination of the correct outcome is final.

Occasionally an event may be cancelled, postponed or become impossible to settle fairly. Where that happens we may void the question, in which case it won't count for or against any player's score that day.

Prizes

Prizes are governed by our Prize Rules, which form part of these terms. Playing is always free and no purchase is ever required to enter or to win.

Fair play

You agree not to use bots, scripts, automation, multiple accounts, or any other means of gaining an unfair advantage or distorting results. We may suspend or remove any account we reasonably believe is doing so, and withhold prizes from it.

Advertising

Perfect6 is free because we show advertising. Where required, we'll ask for your consent before showing personalised ads, and you can decline and keep playing.

Perfect6 Pro

Pro is an optional paid subscription giving an ad-free experience, the full archive and extended statistics. Pro does not affect your chances of winning any prize.

Subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play, renew automatically, and are managed and cancelled through your store account. Refunds are handled under Apple's and Google's policies, not ours.

Availability

We'll try to keep Perfect6 running reliably, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw features, and we may stop offering the service, giving reasonable notice where we can.

Our content

The Perfect6 name, logo, design and content belong to us. You may share your own result cards freely. Please don't copy, scrape or republish the app or its content for commercial purposes without our permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't legally be limited.

Otherwise, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for lost opportunities to enter or win caused by device, network or app failures, or for losses arising from your breach of these terms. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Ending your access

We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms. You can stop using Perfect6 at any time.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we'll tell you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Perfect6 after that means you accept the new terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
