Perfect6

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 30 July 2026

This policy explains what personal data Perfect6 collects, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it. It applies to the Perfect6 mobile app and the perfect6.app website.

Who we are

Perfect6 is operated by Bitesite Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, registered office 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. We are the data controller for the personal data described here.

You can contact us about anything in this policy at privacy@perfect6.app.

What we collect

DataWhyLawful basis
Mobile phone number To create your account, verify you're a real person, prevent duplicate entries, and contact you if you win a prize Contract
Device identifier To let you play before you create an account, and to keep your streak and history attached to you Legitimate interests
Your picks, scores, streak and history To run the game, calculate results, and rank leaderboards Contract
Age confirmation and country To ensure only eligible people enter prize draws Legal obligation
Advertising identifiers To show advertising, which is how the game stays free Consent
Purchase and subscription status To provide Perfect6 Pro and restore purchases Contract
Basic technical data (app version, device type, crash logs) To keep the app working and fix faults Legitimate interests

We do not ask for your name, address, date of birth or payment details in order to play. If you win a prize we may need additional information to verify your identity and pay you; we'll explain what and why at that point.

Advertising and your choices

Perfect6 is free because we show advertising. We use Google AdMob to serve ads.

If you're in the UK or the EEA, you'll see a consent form the first time you open the app. You choose whether we and our advertising partners may use your data for personalised advertising. You can say no and keep playing — you'll simply see less relevant ads. You can change your answer at any time from Settings → Privacy settings.

On iOS you'll also see Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. Declining it does not affect your ability to play or to win.

Google's own handling of this data is described in Google's privacy policy.

Who we share data with

We don't sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run Perfect6:

We may also disclose data where we're legally required to, or to investigate suspected fraud or cheating.

Leaderboards and winners

Your chosen display name and score appear on public leaderboards inside the app. Choose a name you're comfortable being seen — you can change it in Settings.

If you win a prize, we may publish your first initial, surname and county, as prize promotion rules generally require. We'll tell you before we do, and you can ask us not to.

How long we keep it

Where your data is held

Your data is stored in the UK. Some of our providers operate outside the UK; where that happens we rely on UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Addendum to protect it.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to:

Email privacy@perfect6.app and we'll respond within one month. If you're unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

Children

Perfect6 is not intended for anyone under 18, and prize entry is restricted to adults. We ask you to confirm your age when you first open the app. If you believe a child has given us their data, contact us and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we use your data, we'll update this page and, where the change is significant, tell you in the app before it takes effect.
